I’m a multidisciplinary designer, researcher, and creative, but I also like to call myself a "professional question-asker." I have 4 years of experience conducting UX strategic research, analyzing user behaviors and exploring how people influence products and how products impact people. I specialize in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to create products through data-driven, human-centered design. One of my key strengths is communicating complex data across diverse teams. I strive to clarify user information, convey it effectively, and present it in a way that can be understood, shared and applied to design newly creative solutions.

Methodologies & Study Types:

Extensive experience managing multi-stage, mixed-method projects and variety of quantitative study types: cluster analysis, conjoint analysis (CBC, MaxDiff, TURF), usage and attitude studies (U&A), segmentation studies, concept testing, tree testing, card sorting, A/B testing, split test. Proficient in statistical methods including regression analysis, ANOVA, and T-tests.

Frameworks:

Hands-on experience in both primary and behavioral research. Strong strategic foundation using frameworks such as Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), user journey mapping, heuristic evaluation, cognitive walkthroughs, service blueprinting, double diamond, and mental models.

Tools:

Familiar with data analytics and user behavior analysis tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar, UXcam, Clarity, Mixpanel and Looker. Proficient with e-commerce tools like Shopify, Replo, Loop Subscriptions, Shopify Analytics. Testing tools including UserTesting, Intelligems, User Interviews, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, and Marvin. • Own end-to-end CRO for the Shopify storefront: landing pages, PDPs, bundles, upsells, subscription flows (Loop), pricing frameworks, and campaign mechanics.

• Plan and run structured experiments (A/B and price tests with Intelligems), enforcing a “one variable at a time” rule; track impact via Revenue per Session (RPS), AOV, CVR, and upsell attach-rate.

• Build and iterate high-velocity LPs in Replo; standardize components, QA checklists, and SOPs to ship faster with fewer defects.

• Manage evergreen vs. promotional pricing, compare-at rules, and smooth transitions between sale windows (e.g., Back to School, Labor Day), including sitewide timers and messaging.

• Optimize PDP value props, bundles, and subscription offers; refine copy and UX using user-language research and social-proof experiments (e.g., polished carousels vs. raw comment screenshots).

• Diagnose and fix tracking/attribution gaps (e.g., UTM persistence from link-in-bio) and build simple reporting to monitor RPS and campaign performance from Shopify analytics.

• Maintain clean product data and storefront structure: metafields/metaobjects, collections, tags, SKU conventions, and product-creation SOPs; coordinate inventory dependencies with Ops.

• Collaborate tightly with Growth, Engineering/QA, Design, and Creative to scope tests, prioritize roadmaps, and align campaign calendars; document and socialize learnings across teams.

• Raise operational quality through documentation (QA spreadsheets, pricing sheets, LP catalogs) and theme maintenance (Dawn updates in coordination with devs).
